A exposição "Uma Faixa, Uma Rota"/ "Belt and Road", é uma iniciativa organizada pela Embaixada de República Popular da China, com a colaboração do Instituto Confúcio da ULisboa.

A cerimónia de inauguração terá lugar nesta quinta-feira, dia 26 de abril, às 18 horas, no átrio da Faculdade de Letras da ULisboa.

The “Belt and Road” Initiative, which originated from the legacy of the ancient Silk Road, focuses on Asian, European and African countries and aims to build a network connecting Asia to Europe and Africa. More than 100 countries and international organizations from around the world have been participating in the “Belt and Road”. With the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration, the “Belt and Road” Initiative aims to enhance the development of countries and regions along “Belt and Road” and to build a community of shared future for mankind. Portugal is the starting point of the ancient Maritime Silk Road in Europe. Now, as the “Belt and Road” Initiative provides new opportunities for pragmatic cooperation between China and Portugal in various fields, China-Portugal relations are once again showing strong vigor and vitality. The two countries may very well compose a magnificent movement of “cooperation and mutual benefits, common development and prosperity”.
